About Us
Silver Tree Residential, LLC (STR) was formed under the vision of James Carmichael as the exclusive means to achieve the quality standards he strives for in each of his senior and family housing communities. STR is the sole management company for the communities owned by Mr. Carmichael as well as those owned by Housing Preservation, Inc. By capitalizing on a network of hundreds of employees across the country, STR provides exceptional property management services in 27 states, for 140 communities; totaling 16,156 apartment homes for over 16,500 seniors and families.
To provide the highest level of service, we are headquartered in Memphis, TN, centrally located to many of our communities.
