Silver Tree Residential, LLC (“STR”) acquires, rehabilitates, and permanently preserves affordable housing communities which were originally developed under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs.

The Acquisitions team at Silver Tree Residential is highly experienced and focused on the successful preservation goal of our organization. Our track record in successful transactions and post-closing rehabilitations is geared toward minimal disruption to existing residents and current staff.
Our management team is experienced in handling the complexities of the ever-changing arena of HUD compliance and regulations.
STR is the sole management company for the communities owned by Mr. Carmichael as well as those owned by Housing Preservation, Inc.
